This is a short policy because this is a simple site. Aetherisys Consulting is a software consultancy, not an advertising business — we have no interest in collecting more about you than we need to reply to you.
What we collect
If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide — your name, your email address and the contents of your message. We do not collect anything else through that form, and we do not ask you to create an account.
How we use it
We use the information you send us for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Service providers
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form service, which passes your message on to our inbox and does not retain it for its own purposes. The site itself is hosted on Netlify, which processes standard server request logs as part of serving the pages. These providers act on our behalf and only to the extent needed to run the site.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful — measured in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Your choices
If you have contacted us and would like the message and your details removed from our inbox, just ask and we will delete them. If you have any question about how your information is handled, get in touch through the contact page.
