Cloud & Infrastructure

Cloud architecture and infrastructure-as-code — reproducible and fully yours.

What we build

Infrastructure assembled by hand in a cloud console works right up until you need to change it, recover it, or explain it. Then it becomes a liability nobody wants to touch. We build cloud environments as code: networking, compute, data stores, deployment pipelines and the permissions around them, all defined in version control.

We are not dogmatic about scale. A greenfield service does not need a fleet of clusters — it needs an environment that is reproducible, cheap to run, and ready to grow when there is a reason to. We build the right amount of infrastructure and no more.

How we approach it

The aim is that what runs in production is something you can read, review and rebuild — never a configuration that exists only in one account and one person's memory. Retrofitting that onto a live environment is painful, so we do it from day one.

  • Infrastructure-as-code from the start, with managed state and reviewed changes — no drift between what is declared and what is running.
  • Reproducible environments, so staging genuinely resembles production and a new environment is a command, not a project.
  • Observability baked in — logging, metrics and alerting provisioned alongside the service, not bolted on after the first incident.
  • Sensible cost and security defaults — least-privilege access and a bill you can predict and explain.

What you are left with

An environment that is entirely yours — documented, reproducible, and free of anything only we understand. For why this is worth doing early, see our note on infrastructure-as-code from day one.

No slideshows. Real results.

Got a greenfield project and a deadline? We embed with your team, ship working software, and hand back something you can own and extend.

Tell us what you are trying to build and where it is stuck. We will be honest about whether we are the right fit, what the work would involve, and how quickly it could be in production — before anyone signs anything.
